Personal Information does NOT include:
- Publicly available information.
- De-identified or aggregate information.
- Information excluded from the CCPA’s scope (HIPAA, CMIA, GLBA, FRCA, etc.).
Sensitive personal information means Information that reveals government ID numbers, account log-in credentials, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, contents of mail/email/texts unless Telehealth Med, Inc. is the intended recipient, genetic data, biometric identifiers, health information, and sexual orientation data.
Use of Personal Information
We may use or disclose the Personal Information we collect for business purposes including providing services, processing transactions, improving our website, research and development, legal compliance, protection of rights and safety, and sharing with service providers and affiliates where permitted by law. We will not collect additional categories or use information for unrelated purposes without notice.

We may disclose your Personal Information to a third party for a business purpose. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information to third parties for a business purpose: None.

California residents have rights to access/data portability, correction, limiting use of sensitive personal information, and deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
Exercising Your Rights
Requests may be submitted by phone, website, or email. We will respond within 45 days (up to 90 days with notice). We do not discriminate against you for exercising rights.
